Hi,

Seems like the current version in 2026Q1 of textproc/translate-toolkit cannot
be built:

===>   translate-toolkit-3.17.5 depends on package:
py311-ruamel.yaml>=0.18.0<0.19.0 - not found

When applying this fix manually to the quarterly branch it builds correctly:

Can this commit be added into the quarterly branch?
