scite-5.5.8.patch

- Update to 5.5.8
- All other updates, including distinfo, same as initial comment

Changelog still in the same spot as listed in the initial comment.

Tested in poudriere like in initial comment.

So what do I need to do to get this update pushed and get the other ports
deleted (or marked for deletion)? I'd like to get this update out of the way.
