Update to pkg_replace-20260209

pkg_replace-20260209 has released. I have created a patch.

*Changed the behavior option "-dd" using with option "-x". For example, when
package `foo` and `bar` have loop dependencies, specifying the option "-x foo"
excludes `foo` from the dependency check as follows: `pkg_replace -x foo -dd
bar`

*Changed the behavior of get_pkgname_from_portdir() to detect updated ports
checking with distinfo.
