The current version of the port can be updated to py312 with just the fix in
comment 0.
That's probably the same effort as writing a broken line.

I already have the next version of this, and it also fixes the py313t issue.
However, the issue with ffmpeg8 has not been fixed in openshot as a whole.
ffmpeg8 is also breaking the current version of the port.

BROKEN
So, it's fine to handle it by writing the BROKEN line.
