As this bug blocks python312 as default python and you hint to some kind of
circularity to bug 285957 this circularity has to be cut.

I generally doubt the importance/relevancy of the port multimedia/libopenshot
to block the upgrading process of the FreeBSD default Python. 

I call for a review here and suggest to accept a temporary state of libopenshot
port as BROKEN.
