Thanks for the follow-up — that suggestion solved the naming mismatch cleanly.
I updated the patch as follows:
- Switched to PORTNAME=ReFrame-HPC and DISTNAME=ReFrame_HPC-${DISTVERSION} to
match PyPI/wheel naming (no staging symlink needed anymore)
- Removed all @ command silencing (and dropped the now-unnecessary custom
install/stage bits)
- Dropped pkg-plist and enabled USE_PYTHON=autoplist
- Removed NO_ARCH
The port now fetches/builds/stages fine with USE_PYTHON=pep517 autoplist. If
you spot anything else that should be adjusted, I’m happy to follow up.
