Update darktable to 5.4.0, add IMAGEMAGICK option

Hi,

Darktable 5.4.0 was released in december, with a few improvements/bugfixes
(https://www.darktable.org/2025/12/darktable-5.4.0-released/).

I've updated my port tree and have been using for a month without noticing
specific issues, and I've added an option to use ImageMagick as a backend to
load some file formats and embeeded previews as an alternative to GraphicMagick
-- a feature present in darktable for a long time.
