Yes. I plan to upstream these patches. Some of them still need minor reshaping
(e.g., avoiding FreeBSD-only stubs where possible and aligning with upstream
style), then I’ll submit them upstream. Meanwhile I’ll keep the FreeBSD port
updated here and track upstream acceptance so we can drop local patches as they
land.
