Thanks for your patch. I think it is better than mine; particularly the
OPTIONS_DEFAULT thing. I had convinced myself there were plenty of ports that
did not set a default GSSAPI selection, now I find there isn't a single one.

You don't need to add "OPTIONS_EXCLUDE=${OPTIONS_EXCLUDE_${OPSYS}_${OSREL:R}}".
This is built in for OPTIONS_EXCLUDE, just not for OPTIONS_DEFAULT.

Finally, could you include a PORTREVISION bump, please? I'm not a ports
committer.
