mail/mutt is currently configured to use bitbucket.org as a mirror, but that
server doesn't actually have any mutt releases mirrored right now.  Also, while
the port uses ftp.mutt.org as the primary server, it should try to connect to
that server over http as well as ftp.  Ftp doesn't work in some environments,
and http is the preferred protocol listed in upstream's documentation.
