No, this is -current and normal "make" in /usr/ports on a laptop, which lacks
isolation, but there is no cache.

What was the original problem that got fixed? What is interesting here is that
the libraries that got linked in are listed with fill path like
/usr/local/lib/libvlc.so but those failing are taken with -lharbuzz obviously
lacking -L
