patch to use distribution archive with prebuilt manpages

Here's my patch using distribution archive.

For manpages to install successfully, we need USES=gmake.

in post-extract, changed RMDIR to RM -r for successful removal of directories.

there's no bootstrap.sh in distribution archive and it seems it builds fine
without it, too.
