I'm building the pgsql flavour of sogo.

The error is:

ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libgnustep-base.so.1.31" not found, required by
"plmerge"


It's weird because neither sogo nor gnustep has been built recently, and I run
an hourly build. I geuss the cause is deeper than that.
