CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:19 (cmake_minimum_required):
  Compatibility with CMake < 3.5 has been removed from CMake.

The software is so ancient it has PORTREVISION=77. Maybe it'd be better mark it
deprecated rather than fixing.
