The diff file for the port update

Hello,

Please update the audio/ezstream port to the version 1.0.2.
The diff file is attached.

I'm not the maintainer of the port. However, I needed to set up an audio
streaming service based on icecast, using ezstream as a source client, but
discovered that the current port of ezstream is too old and MP3 streaming did
not work with the current version of audio/icecast port. So, I have updated the
 audio/ezstream port for the latest available version of ezstream, fixed MP3
streaming issue in the new version and rewritten the rc.d ezstream service to
make it run in the background.

I have tested the port and it works well streaming MP3 to the icecast server.

The following configuration was used for testing ezstream source client:

 <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<ezstream>
<servers>
    <server>
        <protocol>http</protocol>
      <hostname>192.168.34.5</hostname>
      <password>hackme</password>
    </server>
  </servers>

  <streams>
    <stream>
      <mountpoint>/stream</mountpoint>
      <format>mp3</format>
    </stream>
  </streams>

  <intakes>
    <intake>
      <type>playlist</type>
      <filename>/data/music/playlist.txt</filename>
    </intake>
  </intakes>

  <metadata>
    <no_updates>Yes</no_updates>
  </metadata>

</ezstream>

Regards,
Pavel.
