patch to upgrade from 3.0.0 to 3.1.0

Port update. Addition of manual pages (amongst other things).

Note that the upstream project is assuming GNU make for the manpages  Makefile,
and had to be patched. This will be adjusted upstream in a next release.

Note also that since ZSH completion consumes directly the bash completion
scripts, ZSH imlies BASH option.
