Patch for lrzip

* Use upstream release archive as recommended by Porters Handbook [1]
* Define WWW
* Define ONLY_FOR_ARCHS (upstream only supports 64-bit platforms)
* Remove CFLAGS, LDFLAGS and use USES= localbase:ldflags instead
* Rework USES section
* Remove unncessary GNU_CONFIGURE_MANPREFIX definition
