MFH for Imath is not required technically, I'll leave it to the committer's
discretion. 

I am not providing VuXML updates at the time because they tend to go into
conflict quicker than a committer finds them and then they lie unattended: I
suppose git does not usually provide enough context for merging and either -C0
works for VuXML because then line number prevail, or possibly large -C values
plus fuzz might work, otherwise the context looks too similar and git merges
"just somewhere" and breaks.
