sysutils/py-salt has long depended on both devel/py-backports and
devel/py-jaraco.text .  And devel/py-jaraco.text depends on
devel/py-jaraco.context.  And devel/py-jaraco.context depends on
devel/py-backports.tarfile .  But the new commit
d91b484b2f6dfdde1ea996f0a3c83e08b4458065 , from yesterday, created a new
conflict between devel/py-backports and devel/py-backports.tarfile .  Due to
that conflict, sysutils/py-salt cannot be built with Python-3.11 (for other
reasons it can't be built with 3.12+).

(installs files into the same place).  Problematic file:
/usr/local/lib/python3.11/site-packages/backports/__init__.py

I don't yet know the best solution.
