The reason why I didn't use `USE_GNOME=gtkmm40 gtk40` is that `make stage-qa`
warns like this. `gtk40` adds a dependency to libatk automatically, but the
libatk isn't used for libvpl-tools.

Warning: you might not need LIB_DEPENDS on libatk-1.0.so
```

It looks like a bug on this port. I would like to use LIB_DEPENDS
for libgtkmm and libgtk-4.
