postfix to 3.11.6, .CURDIR solution change to PORTSDIR

mail/postfix has been updated to 3.11.6. Also, the current solution re: mongoc
version chase is fragile, and breaks immediately with e.g. a ports overlay.
Changed the {.CURDIR} assuming solution to a more robust one using ${PORTSDIR}.
