patch against main mariadb java client to 3.5.10

Here is the patch against main for the precompiled mariadb java client jar.

I've changed a few things (nothing that major):

- now the .jar file is created without linking, without the filename having the
version appended. This is to help those who just load whole directories of java
classes, and the version installed is in the pkg anyway, so it's redundant to
have it in the filename

- I have updated the pkg description to quote verbatim from the download site,
but added "may work with other versions of java > 8"
