graphics/libjxr is version 1.1; WWW points to a former Microsoft code-hosting
site that no longer exists. There is a continuation of this library at
https://github.com/mircomir/jxrlib which is fixing vulnerabilities etc.

Please update.

(There was a message to KDE's distributions mailing-list pointing at this
specific upstream; nothing in the KDE FreeBSD ports depends on it, though)
