git diff to disable google-perftools on aarch64

With a little change we can enable nginx-full on aarch64.

devel/google-perftools has been broken on aarch64 for a long time. If it gets a
fix in the future we can easily enable it in nginx-full again.

If you approve this patch, I am able to commit it.
