install profile script initially dormant

a pkg-message might be in order for the user to be informed how to activate
their shell sessions

one may prepend my pkg-plist additions with @sample if these profiles are
intended to be automagically activated always by default upon first install
(for sh, which is how the current glue works. each csh user for the time being
still has to opt in to each of the profiles in /usr/local/etc/profile.d as far
as i understand it)
