But we don't have a policy that demands marking ports BROKEN if their test suite does not pass. A regression or a failure in some part of the software does not mean the software became unusable. The problematic code path might not be triggered at all during the normal software usage. Finally, you don't seem to going to debug and fix that problem yourself.
