patch for new port

This is a port for nvtop.
It's surprisingly simple: no change needed, and it works for my NVidia GPU
using the nvidia driver.

Libraries are all dynamically opened (libdrm.so, libnvidia-ml.so, etc.) so no
dependency on them is needed. If you can make use of these supported GPUs, then
you possibly have the library installed.
