Which version of pypdfium2 did you use?
After having figured out about preloading with RTLD_GLOBAL, I had committed
some workaround code to pypdfium2_raw.__init__.
If `PDFIUM_PLATFORM=system-search pip install -v .` now just works, I'm
guessing that will be due to the presence of the workaround?
You may be able to reproduce the error by commenting out the BSD-specific
clause in pypdfium2_raw.__init__.
