Patch

Update games/suika3 to 26.04.13.

Changes:
- Install a .desktop file and a MIME definition file.
- Show a file picker at startup.
- If no file is selected, prompt the user to run the sample game.
- Remove DOCS and EXAMPLES options; install them by default to support VS Code
integration.

Tested on:
- Xfce 4
- KDE Plasma 6
