final good patch file for miniaudio.h

(In reply to Martin Filla from comment #1)

I have provided a patch named patch-src_external_miniaudio.h. Simply copying
this file into the files/ directory of devel/raylib resolves the audio latency
issue. I have confirmed that it builds and works correctly using Poudriere.

Regarding the addition of a build option for SDL2 (to fix gamepad support), I
am not familiar enough with the Ports framework to implement it myself, but I
highly recommend it as it resolves input detection issues on FreeBSD.
