Patch for libarchive

* Drop mbedtls, depends on obsolete version that's removed in tree
* Adjust iconv dependency

Compile and runtime tested on FreeBSD 15.0-STABLE (amd64) (make, make
check-plist, make test)

Poudriere testport OK 13.5-RELEASE (amd64)
Poudriere testport OK 13.5-RELEASE (i386)
Poudriere testport OK 14.4-RELEASE (amd64)

"Mini" exp-run looks fine using Poudriere on 14.4-RELEASE (amd64):
