updated devel/gamin 0.1.10_11 patch
Update the patch.
* Add LICENSE and LICENSE_FILE (from the original patch by takefu@airport.fm)
* libinotify is now dealt with USES=inotify
Other portion of the original patch seem to have been committed as 0.1.10_10.
