Thank you for the detailed review.

Updated accordingly:

* Make GStreamer dependencies conditional on the GST option

* Remove gettext-runtime dependency (Suika3 uses a project-local i18n mechanism
via s3_gettext())

* Use standard CMake boolean helpers for options
