So the port still needs Gstreamer, even if build without support? You probably
want [0]

GST_USES= gstreamer
GST_USE= gstreamer=core,faad,x264

Additionally  USES=gstreamer  should already handle the LIB_DEPENDS. AND
similar with I18N, you probably want to make USES=gettext-runtime conditional
on that.

There are some additional helpers for cmake [1], you probably want to use

AOTC_CMAKE_BOOL= SUIKA_ENABLE_AOTCOMP

and similar for the other options that set a bool. That way the varable gets
automatically set to false if the option is deselected and it doesn't depend on
what the default is in the projects cmake files.
