Patch

Description:

This update brings Suika3 to the latest version 26.04.9.

It also incorporates additional build options that were discussed in the
initial port request (#294320) to improve the port's flexibility.


Changes:

* Update to 26.04.9:
    * Fixed a bug on X11
    * Fixed manpages

* New Options:
    * Introduced options as suggested in #294320
    * Refined Makefile to handle the font dependency more cleanly.

QA:

* portlint -AC passed.
* poudriere testport passed on FreeBSD 15.0-RELEASE (amd64).
