sqwebmail Changelog indicates PCRE dependency was switched to PCRE2 since
v6.0.7.

devel/pcre is EOL and appears in daily security reports under "Checking for
packages with security vulnerabilities:"

On a mail system that has 300+ ports installed including courier-imap and
maildrop sqwebmail is the only port shown as requiring devel/pcre.

sqwebmail appears to build successfully without LIB_DEPENDS pcre.so:devel/pcre.
No testing has yet been conducted beyond that.
