This is really open for anyone to commit the bits unchanged.

Please refrain from suggesting to change compile options now unless it's a
showstopper or reformatting commit messages in ways that are not intended (such
as merging Security: lines - we have one item per line, per the template), we
need to 1. get the word out quick and commit the two VuXML items, and 2. commit
the update and MFH it.

(Yes I am aware the poplib/imaplib items are still not addressed upstream, but
it's also a matter of applications using these libraries to sanitize data they
hand out to somebody else and be "conservative in what they send" (or use in
APIs, for that matter, in this <mail-protocol>lib situation))
