checkmate update that adds TEST_DEPENDS

Port: devel/R-cran-checkmate
  Current version: 2.3.2
  New version: 2.3.4 (CRAN: https://cran.r-project.org/package=checkmate)

  Version bump and added TEST_DEPENDS. Tested with poudriere testport
  on FreeBSD 16.0-CURRENT amd64. Build, stage, package, and deinstall
  all clean.
