Hi,

I tested apache-commons-dbcp with openjdk25 and it builds fine.
The ports in the tree that use this port (www/jmeter) all use openjdk25, so the
change should not bring an incompatibility.

Do you approve that I remove JAVA_VERSION from the Makefile?
