Thank you. It turned out that my method was not the right way of offline
installing with yarn v1. I found the blog below and followed its instructions.
The yarn install part went well.

Setting yarn-offline-mirror to ${DISTDIR}/${PORTNAME}/npm, the npm package
files go into the directory. This time, it is not the problem in regard of the
reproducibility. The cached files are like this:

nobody@s15amd64-devel:/usr/ports/databases/pgadmin4 $ ls
/portdistfiles/pgadmin4/npm/ | head -10
@adobe-css-tools-4.4.4.tgz
@asamuzakjp-css-color-3.2.0.tgz
@babel-code-frame-7.29.0.tgz
@babel-compat-data-7.29.0.tgz
