Since some time, there is an agreement that I have to get explicit permission
from portmgr to merge llvm updates. This is to avoid any major impact on ports
users.

In any case, I just saw that the 2026Q2 has been created, so maybe that is the
reason for portmgr being busy with other stuff. Obviously there is no extreme
rush, but this ticket has been languishing for a while now.
