Hello,
I would like to submit a new port for the existing postgresql extension pgjwt.

I have been building this port with poudriere and used it on hosts, so as far
as i can tell this seems to work.

This is the upstream github repo:
https://github.com/michelp/pgjwt

I am not maintaining the original repo, just created the Makefile to get this
into ports.
