I was dismayed to see djbdns still hasn't been restored, and I continue to be
baffled by the seeming inability to understand that some software just works.

So, while re-purposing an old Pi3 I took the time to smash together the test32
diff and the jumbo-p13 patch; it was pretty straightforward in that order.

Note: I haven't properly tested the result. It compiles clean and seems to run
correctly, but I can't guarantee I didn't stuff something up. It really needs
another set of eyes on it.

Hopefully this can get the ball rolling and we can get the port back again.
