patch to update mail/courier port to version 1.5.1

Patch attached updates mail/courier port to version 1.5.1.

At the same time it fixes breakage after courier-unicode port update, and
removes dependency on deprecated libraries (PR 285602).

For changes from 1.1.11 to 1.5.1, see Changelog file in release tarball, too
many to include them here.

New port build tested on 14.3-STABLE with no issues, it runs as well, no issues
found so far.
