Here's what I did to the port
1. Updated the version from 14.1.0 to 14.5.0
2. Updated it to use modern pyproject.toml
2. Added https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-python as an additional WWW
3. Fixed DISTNAME as the tar file name
4. Took maintainership of the port
Ran on both 14.2 and 14.3
Portlint says okay (we can skip the hyphen warning)
