Here's what I did to the port
1. Updated the version from 12.4.2 to 12.7.0
2. Updated it to use modern pyproject.toml
2. Added https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-python as an additional WWW
3. Fixed DISTNAME as the tar file name has been changed to azure-data-tables_
4. Took maintainership of the port
Ran on both 14.2 and 14.3
Portlint says okay (we can skip the hyphen warning)
