The latest upstream version of hipercontracer is 2.1.3.
Therefore, the port benchmarks/hipercontracer needs an update.

This version also fixes build issues with BOOST 1.89 and updates the version
dependency on MariaDB to the current version.

Fix: The updated diff file hipercontracer-2.1.3.diff is attached.
