I did definitely neglect to read the comments in the Makefile :)

I just checked the par2-turbo.cmake from the 25.4 release and it is still
1.3.0-20250808, like in 25.3, and the file currently hasn't been changed in 2
months (Aug 8)

Since your last commit was September, can I assume the patches and distfiles
are still correct for 25.4?

I just read through the last 2-3 commits (going back to 25.2) and it looks like
I lucked into getting it right ;)
