Here's what I did to the port
1. Updated the version from 1.1.27 to 1.1.28
2. Updated it to use modern pyproject.toml
2. Added https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-python as an additional WWW
3. Took maintainership of the port
Ran on both 14.2 and 14.3
Portlint says okay
Could not find the changelog/release though other than
https://pypi.org/project/azure-common/1.1.28/#history
