With the current situation I think it is best to migrate projects currently
using cpprestsdk off of it as soon as possible. I still think part of the
reason for the almost complete lack of new activity on cpprestsdk is that it
fell out of vcpkg due to the boost-breakage in websocketpp. It's probably not
trivial to drop websocketpp. So when (or perhaps if) websocketpp is fixed we'll
see if something happens.
